Huntsville Flow&Grow is a welcoming and inclusive community practicing of a wide variety of movement arts, circus arts, and flow arts, including fire spinning, juggling, unicycling, and more! We create free and friendly spaces for people to connect to themselves and others through creativity, skill development, and authentic self-expression. We'd love to have you join us, so Come Flow With Us!ย
Every Monday from 5:00-9:00pm, we meet in Big Spring Park for some friendly social practice time. There's no need to be "on time"; we all arrive when we can, and we stay as long as we like.
Beginners are always welcome! Most of us have loaner props, so all you need to bring is your willingness to try something new!

Leanne (a.k.a. Lila Celeste) has been a passionate flow artist since 2019. She first fell in love with hula hooping, but she has also picked up practicing fans, poi, and many other props along the way. She started Huntsville Flow&Grow from a desire for a community in which to share skills, practice with others, and hold space for the world of flow. She loves playing with the kiddos and connecting with her inner child. Flow means the world to her, as it gave purpose to her life as something to be truly passionate about. It has helped her through many hard times, and continues to help her live a more fluid and circular life.
